ZM EXPORTS Pakistan is a clothing manufacturer specializing in customized apparel for local and international clients.
By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Customization

Order Requirements

• All orders must include complete specifications such as design, fabric, size, logo, and colors.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies depending on the product type.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information may result in production errors.

Design Approval

• Once an order is confirmed, major design changes are not allowed.
• Sample approval is required before bulk manufacturing begins.
• Production starts immediately after approval and payment confirmation.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices may vary depending on customization, fabric quality, and order quantity.

Local Customers

50% advance payment is required before production and the remaining balance must be cleared before delivery.

International Customers

50% advance payment via bank transfer is required before production and the remaining balance before shipment.

Important: Customers are responsible for all bank charges, customs duties, taxes, and currency conversion fees.

Production & Delivery

• Production lead time is shared during order confirmation.
• Standard production time usually takes between 2–6 weeks depending on order size and complexity.
• Delivery schedules are estimates and delays may occur due to shipping, customs clearance, or raw material shortages.
• ZM EXPORTS Pakistan is not liable for losses caused by delayed deliveries.

Shipping & Tracking Policy

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via reliable courier services, air cargo, or sea freight depending on customer requirements.

Shipment Confirmation

Customers receive official shipment confirmation along with tracking details once dispatch is completed.

Risk Transfer

Risk and ownership transfer to the customer once goods are handed over to the courier or shipping carrier.

Quality Assurance & Claims

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Minor variations in stitching, color, or size are considered normal in textile manufacturing.
• Claims regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the company’s discretion.

Sample Fee Policy

Sample Charges

Each sample piece costs $100 USD excluding shipping charges.

Non Refundable

Sample fees are non-refundable regardless of whether a bulk order is placed or not.

Samples are generally produced and delivered within 2–4 weeks.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• If cancellation occurs before production begins, 20% of the advance payment will be deducted as a service fee.
• The remaining 80% will be adjusted against the customer's next order.
• International payments made outside Pakistan cannot be refunded in cash.
• Customized and bulk orders are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

Savings & Discount Policy

Customers placing bulk orders above $20,000 USD may receive special discounts during holiday seasons including:

Easter

Eid

Limitation of Liability

ZM EXPORTS Pakistan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the supplied goods.
