Welcome to ZM EXPORTS Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline the rights and obligations of both our company and our customers.
1. General
ZM EXPORTS Pakistan (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a clothing manufacturer specializing in customized apparel for local and international clients.
By engaging our services, you (“Customer” or “Client”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting or written notice.
2. Orders & Customization
All orders must be submitted with complete specifications (designs, sizes, fabrics, colors, logos, etc.).
Once an order is confirmed, no major design changes will be accepted unless mutually agreed in writing.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies and may vary depending on product type.
We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in [PKR/USD/Other Currency] and may vary based on fabric, customization, and quantity.
Payment terms:
- Local Customers: [e.g., 50% advance, balance before delivery]
- International Customers: [e.g., 50% advance via bank transfer, balance before shipment]
Orders will only be processed once the advance payment is received.
All bank charges, duties, and taxes (local or international) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Production & Delivery
Production lead time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery schedules are estimates; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., raw material shortages, customs clearance, shipping delays).
We are not liable for losses arising from late deliveries.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
For local deliveries, goods will be dispatched through a reliable courier or logistics partner.
For international deliveries, shipping will be arranged via air/sea cargo or courier service, as agreed with the customer.
Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges, all customs duties, tariffs, and import regulations in their country.
6. Quality Assurance & Claims
All products are inspected before dispatch.
Minor variations in color, stitching, or size (within industry standards) are not considered defects.
Any claims regarding defective or incorrect goods must be reported in writing within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
If approved, defective goods may be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you decide to cancel your order and request a refund, please note the following conditions:
- If production has not yet started, ZM Export will deduct 20% of the payment received as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining 80% will be credited toward your next order with ZM Export.
- Unfortunately, ZM Export is unable to refund payments made from outside Pakistan.
- No refunds for customized or bulk orders once confirmed.
8. Intellectual Property
Designs, logos, or trademarks provided by the customer remain their property, and the customer is solely responsible for ensuring they do not infringe on third-party rights.
ZM EXPORTS reserves the right to use sample images of manufactured products (excluding proprietary logos/branding) for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
ZM EXPORTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
