At ZM EXPORTS Pakistan, we have made the process of ordering customized clothing simple and transparent. Here’s how it works from start to finish:

Step 1: Share Your Sample
Send us a sample outfit (your own design or reference piece).
The sample helps us match the design, size, and fabric as closely as possible.
If you prefer, we can recommend higher-quality fabrics for your approval.

Step 2: Sample Manufacturing
We create sample pieces for you to review before bulk production.
Cost: $100 USD per sample piece (exclusive of shipping).
These samples ensure you are fully satisfied with the quality, fit, and finishing.

Step 3: Approve & Confirm Order
Once you approve the sample(s), we proceed with bulk production.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply depending on the type of clothing.
A 50% advance payment is required to start production.

Step 4: Production
Our team manufactures your order as per the approved design and sizes.
Lead time will be shared when confirming your order.

Step 5: Balance Payment & Shipping
Once production is complete, you will pay the remaining balance (excluding shipping).
Customers are responsible for arranging or covering shipping, customs, and duties in their country.
We can recommend reliable couriers or forwarders if needed.

Step 6: Delivery
Your finished order is carefully packed and dispatched.
Risk of loss passes once the goods are handed to the carrier.

To ensure a smooth and transparent process, all payments for orders with ZM EXPORTS Pakistan are made in two parts:

1. Advance Payment (50%)
Before production begins, the customer deposits 50% of the total order value into our official bank account in Pakistan.
This advance confirms your order and allows us to purchase fabric, accessories, and begin production.

2. Balance Payment (50%)
When the order is fully prepared and ready for dispatch, but before shipment leaves Pakistan, the customer pays the remaining 50% balance into the same bank account.
Only after receiving this balance payment do we proceed with shipping arrangements.

Important Notes:
All payments must be made via bank transfer to the official ZM EXPORTS Pakistan account (details provided upon confirmation).
Customers are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs.
Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are not included in product pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.

To maintain transparency, please note the following regarding sample production:

Sample Cost: Each sample piece costs $100 USD (exclusive of shipping).

Separate from Order: The sample payment is not included in the final order’s total cost.

Purpose: This fee covers the fabric, labor, and finishing of your sample so you can review the quality, fit, and design before bulk production.

Non-Refundable: Sample payments are made separately and are non-refundable, regardless of whether a bulk order follows.

Order Production: Once the sample is approved, your bulk order will be processed according to our standard payment mechanism (50% advance + 50% balance).

Timeline: Sample outfits are generally produced and delivered within 2–4 weeks.

Delivery: We use reliable and prompt courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Approval Required: Once you receive the sample, you must review and approve it before we can begin bulk production.

Next Step: After approval, we proceed with your confirmed order under our standard payment mechanism (50% advance → production → 50% balance → shipping).

Production Start: Once your sample is approved and the advance payment (50%) is received, bulk production begins immediately.

Timeline: Standard production requires 2–6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Total Duration: From approval of the sample to the final shipment, the entire process typically takes 2–6 weeks in total (always less than six weeks).

Shipping: After production is complete and the balance payment (50%) is made, the order is shipped through reliable logistics partners.

At ZM EXPORTS Pakistan, we value transparency and want our customers to be fully informed before production begins. Please review the following policy:

1. Confirmation Before Production: Once we receive your 50% advance payment, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp before production starts. This gives you a final opportunity to confirm or cancel your order.

2. Cancellation & Refunds:
If you decide to cancel your order before production begins, ZM EXPORTS will deduct 20% of the advance payment as a service and handling fee.
The remaining 80% of the payment will be adjusted against your next order (not refunded in cash or bank transfer).
Once production has started, no refunds or cancellations are possible.

3. International Payments:
Please note that ZM EXPORTS cannot reimburse payments sent from outside Pakistan. Refund adjustments will only apply as credits toward future orders.

At ZM EXPORTS Pakistan, we value our customers and offer opportunities to save on large orders.

1. Holiday Discounts:
Customers placing orders worth $20,000 USD or more are eligible for a special discount during major holidays, such as:
New Year, Christmas, Easter, Eid.

2. Eligibility:
The discount applies only to confirmed orders exceeding $20,000 USD.
Discounts are available during the holiday season only and must be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

3. Benefit:
This policy allows you to save money on bulk purchases while enjoying premium quality customized clothing from ZM EXPORTS Pakistan.

Payment Clearance: Once the full payment (50% advance + 50% balance) has been received, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

Shipment Confirmation: You will receive an official email notification confirming that your order has been shipped.

Tracking Details: Along with the confirmation, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Reliable Delivery: All shipments are sent through dependable and trusted courier/logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
